1.If it is used for the first time , then the electric water heater must be fully filled before connecting with the power. Water stored in the water heater can not be used if there is no water supply.
2.In winter, if the electric heater will not be used for a long time , then the water in the water heat must be drained entirely, in case of unsafety caused by frost damage of inner tank.
