How to make french fries
1. Peel the potatoes and cut into strips
2. Soak the potato strips in the bowl for at least 30 minutes, then remove them and drain them on the kitchen paper. Pour 1/2 tablespoon of olive oil into the bowl. Add the potato strips and stir well until all the potato strips are evenly oiled.
3. Use your fingers or kitchen utensils to remove the French fries from the bowl, leave the excess oil in the bowl, and put the French fries in the frying basket.
