How to make french fries
1. Peel the potatoes and cut into strips
2. Soak the potato strips in the bowl for at least 30 minutes, then remove them and drain them on the kitchen paper. Pour 1/2 tablespoon of olive oil into the bowl. Add the potato strips and stir well until all the potato strips are evenly oiled.

Directions
1. Pre-heat Air fryer to 390°
2. In a medium mixing bowl add cauliflower, oil, salt, pepper, and toss.
